Moruya Office Building
The original Moruya Town Hall was constructed on this site around 1890 and remained the Eurobodalla Shire Council offices until construction of the new ESC offices on the corner of Page and Campbell Streets in approximately 1908. The original Town Hall building located at 14 Page Street was demolished and the ESC Shire Clerks residence was constructed on the site using materials from both original Town Hall and other council redundant structures.
14 Page Street remained the property of Eurobodalla Shire Council until the year 2000 when it was sold to the current owners who have occupied the building as an Engineering Consultancy's office until recently.
