Balance payable within 60 days.
Proponent’s use to be consistent with Marine Industry Park strategic objectives.
Reticulated services are available in the area subject to Power Water Corporation approval.
Should a proponent’s power demand be greater than the current lot allowance, an additional infrastructure contribution payment may be applicable.
The successful respondent will be required to execute sale contracts shortly after offer acceptance.
