The office area is over two levels and offers and excellent standard of accommodation. It provides reverse cycle air conditioning, provides carpeted floors, suspended ceilings and recessed fluorescent lighting. There are a number of partitioned offices located around the perimeter of both levels.
Within the office is an amenities area which includes male and female toilets with tea prep facilities.
The workshop is in two bays and comprises a reinforced concrete floor with concrete and Colorbond walls to a minimum height of 8.0 metres.The roof is insulated and of zinculume cladding.
Lighting to the warehouse is provided by a combination of translucent roof sheeting and high bay lights.
Running in one of the bays is two overhead gantry cranes; 1 x 10 tonne and 1 x 2 tonne.
Access to the building is excellent through two large sliding doors on the north east elevation and four roller doors on the south east elevation.
