The spaces are from $955 - $1430 per month ($220 to $375 per week). This includes GST, all outgoings, cleaning, internet, and electricity on a minimum 6-month commercial lease.

NOTE: The only space available now is upstairs, it is approx. 3.5 x 3.5m in size. It would be most suitable as a therapy room or a gamer/programmer/media production of sorts. Please note, there are no windows in the room but it really is a lovely space and you do have access to the 2 open spaces which could also be negotiated to be used as a reception/waiting area.
