We are starting to host gallery openings, professional information nights and small workshops. Hosting these events in the open spaces are all inclusive in your rental costs. Most days, the open spaces are quiet with a light and sunny atmosphere.
I am a bookkeeper and in one of the 6 lockable office/therapy spaces with 3 staff members. Along with myself, the unit is tenanted by a physiotherapist, psychologist, and various consultants.
There will be a standard commercial lease agreement in place for a minimum of 6 months. This is not a residential/working space.
