This Newton factory has been used as a commercial kitchen and has a large walk in freezer and cool room, plus grease trap. There is easy access with a high roller door and ample off street parking. Male and female toilets are situated at the rear of the factory next to a separate staff room.

There is also a handicapped toilet and an office near the entrance. The tenants have given notice to vacate by the 1/10/21 but could leave sooner if you want earlier possession.
