Malvern East is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is in the Local Government Area of the City of Stonnington. Malvern East is bounded to the north by Wattletree Road and Gardiners Creek, to the east by Warrigal Road, to the south by the Princes Highway (Dandenong Road) and to the west by Tooronga Road. In recent times, what was once a relatively small suburb was extended to incorporate parts of neighbouring Chadstone.

Located on Malvern Road close to the Waverley Road shops. Great exposure to Malvern Road, easy access to Monash Freeway and to Princes Highway. This office is easily divided into two areas with direct access to the lock up garage.
