The primary role is to ensure the environment is safe and that there is a feeling of welcome and safety in the property. If this is compromised it is expected that you inform the management immediately, and we may ask you in assisting us to vacate guests or unwanted visitors. We envisage this role to include occasional guest requests e.g., assisting guests into rooms, providing extra amenities such as towels, or the occasional removal of guest rubbish. We have contracted a company called Nitel, who take after hours calls from guests, therefore they will only contact you occasionally if they are unable to solve the guests’ query.
This is a busy hands-on role that requires a motivated can-do person with great time management skills and a desire to make the property the best it can be!
• You must have work rights in Australia. Applicants on visa's will be considered.

• Ensuring property is well kept.
• Ensuring guests abide by house rules
• Calling and assisting emergency service
• Providing a basic assistance to guests
