Offices are to be presented with painted walls, carpeted floors, recessed fluoro lighting and reverse cycle air conditioning. The warehouse has three (3) central pillars and besides the roller door is accessed via two pedestrian doors externally and also one from the ground floor office. The upstairs office has a 2.4 x 2.3 metre provision for pallet access if required. The warehouse has been engineered to take two 10 tonne gantry cranes should they be required. Externally, the property will be landscaped and accessed via two crossovers from Christable Way. There are 32 car bays on site. The property will be fenced with Black PVC chain link with three barbs.
