At Noosa Mind & Body - Allied Health Hub we have a fully furnished 15sqm office / consult room available for a daily rental rate of $135 plus GST per week. Ideally we looking for someone who is keen to sign on for 2 days per week for at least 6 months (with the view to sign a year lease). This room is available for rent on a Monday, Thursday, and Friday. We currently have a psychiatrist and psychologist utilising this space.

This office would suit an Allied Health Professional - Psychologist / Counsellor / Social Worker / Youth Worker/ Mental Health Worker. We are a group of friendly & warm clinicians made up of Psychologists, Psychiatrist, and Exercise Physiologists. This office space is listed as Consult Room 2 on the office plans.

Location: We are an Allied Health Hub called Noosa Mind & Body and we are located at Bushlands Convenience Centre - 5mins up the road from Noosa Civic. Ample parking available.

Lease INCLUDES:
• ALL out-goings (body corporate fees) & utilities (water & electricity)
• Use of common space (calming & welcoming waiting area, kitchenette with microwave, fridge/freezer )
• Marketing of your business / services on the Noosa Mind & Body website , facebook page and any marketing material we produce to our networks / referral pathways (GP clinics etc).
• Use of the 'Receptionist' software on the Ipad that allows clients to check in on arrival (text or email can be sent to the clinician)
• Air Conditioning (temperature control for each room)
• Dimmers in each room
• Internet / Wifi
• Automatic Door at the entry
• Security cameras in the reception
• Access to Tyro terminal that clinicians can use at reception for processing payments (however the fees associated with the use of Tyro are at the clinicians cost)
• Parking space on site (no allocated spot but plenty of spots available on site for 30 car spots; also off street parking is available - staff may need to use if the general parking area is full)
• All doors are 920mm wide - suitable for disabled access ; automatic shop front door / single level access
• Use of 'Bushlands Convenience Centre' toilets (general toilets and a disabled toilet)
• Cleaning of general / common use areas (kitchen, toilets, and waiting area). The cleaning of the consult rooms however is the responsibility of the tenant
• Benefit of networking & cross-referrals within the clinic; collegial support.


Lease EXCLUSIONS are:
• Public Liability Insurance - tenants must show certificate of currency
• Contents insurance for any equipment you bring in
• Cleaning of the consult room is the tenants responsibility (common areas are the responsibility of the landlord)
• There is no phone number for Noosa Mind & Body - each clinician will be responsible for their own phone number (but this will be advertised on our website / social media)
