Wollongong City Council are seeking quotations from experienced operators who are ready to make their mark with quality coffee and pre-made food. Based right in the centre of Wollongong, the business’s diverse clientele are on its doorstep –whether it’s city centre office staff, customers to the ground floor library, residents from nearby apartments or city centre shoppers. Council are looking for someone who can operate from the purpose-built Coffee Kiosk on the Administration Building’s ground floor, and who offers a sustainable and commercially viable operation.

The kiosk within the building at 41 Burelli Street, Wollongong, has been operating for the last ten years and, in experienced hands, is an excellent commercial business opportunity. With a ready to occupy space, all an operator need do is add their coffee machine of choice and equipment and start to trade. The kiosk has limited seating and nearby accessible amenities. The successful proponent will be ready to swing into action and be prepared to launch the business by July 2021, having already sought the necessary approvals (if required).
