This development is currently under construction and due for completion February 2011. The land area is 8000m2 with the workshop to be 1000m2 with an eave height of 12m. A mezzanine of approx 127m2 at one end and the reception/office area will be 280m2 making an all up ground area of 1280m2 and a total area of 1407m2.
There is an apron with awning over of 5m in width and 50m in length for an additional 250m2 under cover. The site is deep with 40m available from the rear back wall to the back fence with the shed being positioned in such a way that it could be extended a bay at a time. The building has been designed to carry a 10 tonne gantry crane but one is not included in the current asking rent. The workshop will have substantial roller doors with the largest being 8m x 8m with a further four that are 6m x 6m along the side under the awning plus a 5m x 5m roller door at each end so providing great access to the workshop.
