By 1911 after additions including two floors, the building had a capacity for storage of up to 50,000 bales of wool making it the largest single wool store in Sydney at the time.
The property was purchased by Toga Group in 2005, who comprehensively refurbished the building and upgraded its facilities and equipment using award winning architects Bates Smart.
As a result of these works, the building was recently awarded a 4.5-star NABERS Rating.
