These two brand new workshops, constructed in colourbond, are situated in Gormanston Crt, a small cul-de-sac on the western side of Gormanston Road near the Pear Ave intersection.
Each tenancy comprises a clear span workshop of 200 square metres with maximum internal height of approximately 7.5 metres, full height roller door access (Unit 1 has twin roller door access) plus a small office and amenities at the rear of each unit.
