Expressions of Interest are being sought from interested parties to lease and operate a new café/restaurant incorporated into the redeveloped Albury Regional Art Gallery.
The new cafe/restaurant will open onto the stunning QEII Square parkland. It will provide indoor and outdoor seating for up to 106 diners and will be furnished in a style in keeping with the overall internal design of the gallery. It will be offered with an equipped commercial kitchen (major equipment only) and will provide the lessee with exposure to more than 200,000 people who already utilise QEII Square each year as well as the projected 80,000 visitors to the redeveloped gallery.
