Hawaiian is currently looking for Expressions of Interest for a butcher to become part of the much anticipated $27+ million redevelopment of Bassendean Shopping Village.

Bassendean Shopping Village was acquired by Hawaiian in 1993 and is an established neighbourhood shopping centre, located 12km north east of the Perth CBD and 5 minutes from the Swan Valley wine region.

The new Basseandean Shopping Village comes a new vibrant mix of retailers, providing local shoppers with a broader offering, including; a fully refurbished Coles, fresh food and several new restaurants, services and everyday convenience shops. Combined with a new childrens playground in centre and integrated outdoor areas, Bassendean will be a space for locals to shop, and interact as a community.

Works to the Centre, excluding Dôme, are set to be complete by the beginning of June.
