The café is expected to be completed in October 2024 and will have an internal space of 54 sqm in addition to 70 sqm of allocated alfresco seating area (total approximate space of 124 sqm). There will also be dedicated staff toilet outside of the café.

The café operator will have the flexibility to open during the day and into the evenings as well as the ability to apply for a liquor licence, subject to relevant third-party approvals. They will also have the first right of refusal to operate a satellite facility on Matagarup Bridge’s two pause points.
