The office and warehouse will be constructed with concrete floors and footings, concrete tilt walls, with a metal clad roof. The office areas are divided over two levels and are situated to the front of the workshop and fitted with commercial grade aluminium windows and entry.

Internally the offices will be carpeted on both levels and have reverse-cycle air-conditioning. The internal walls will be plastered brick, with suspended ceiling and recessed fluorescent lighting. To the rear of the proposed office area will be an amenities area which includes separate male and female toilets and a tea preparation area. The first floor is accessible via a staircase located within the office.

The warehouse accommodation will be clear span with a steel portal frame and an internal height of approximately 10.0 metres. The warehouse includes four roller doors giving direct access into the warehouse from the front and rear elevations. Lighting is to be provided via metal halide hi bays and translucent roof sheeting sections providing natural light.

Other improvements to the site include facility for gantry cranes, bitumen hardstand of approximately 800 sqm and reticulated landscaping to the front of the property.
