Four retail shops are available for lease in-one-line, strategically positioned across three key areas to benefit from high visibility and direct access to foot traffic, with the objective of providing a high level of amenity for both staff and visiting patients.

The New South Wales Government’s $470 Million new Maitland Hospital has been designed to meet the growing health service needs for the surrounding communities of the Hunter Valley now and into the future and will have 339 beds, including 215 acute beds – almost double the beds of the current facility.
