Located within the secure compound of Adelaide Hills Storage complex. Security gate access hours are 6am to 8pm, 7 days a week.

Total floor area of Shed 2 is approximately 222 sqm, with maximum internal dimensions of 24.4m wide x 9.1m deep.

The immediate external parking area is also included (on the photos where the caravan is currently parked). Scope for a canopy to be constructed over this area by the landlord, if desired, by way of further rent negotiation.

Internally the shed has been divided into a number of bays divided by light-weight sheet partitions, but these are in the process of being removed to create an large open plan expanse. Alternatively some of the partitions may remain should they be of use to an incoming tenant. A separated office area, as indicated on the floor plan, can also be provided if needed.

WC facilities are located in a common area close-by.
