This premises has been previously used as small catering business. Currently there are some appliances and equipment that were left behind by the previous tenant that you are welcome to use if they work. The Owners take no responsibility for repairing and or replacing them if they dont work but you are welcome to try them. Also on site is a large coolroom - again a previous tenant installation and same terms and conditions.
