An exciting opportunity exists to lease café space within Blacktown City Council’s Showground Precinct. The Showground Precinct is located at the corner of Richmond Road and Third Avenue, Blacktown in close proximity to the Blacktown CBD. The café adjoins the water play area, toddler and kids play area, bike and jogging paths, community garden and BBQ and picnic areas. The premises comprise café space with fully installed kitchen facilities. The premises contains a kitchen area of approximately 100 sqm, internal dining area of approximately 82 sqm and also 106 sqm of external undercover dining area overlooking the water.
