The openable window provides fresh air and beautiful light. The room is large enough to comfortably accommodate a couch, a couple of chairs, a desk and some storage units.

The whole property has been comprehensively renovated to provide the customised facilities that our professional tenants value, including:

Webster House is fortunately located in a small area of Ballarat that is serviced by iiNet's ULTRA Cable broadband. iiNet Cable is widely regarded to be superior to the NBN in both speed and reliability, which is a huge advantage for anyone moving into the telehealth sphere. This is further supported by the TP Link Deco system, which ensures every practitioner's room enjoys the same high service.

Your room is provided unfurnished as we want you to have the opportunity to create a personal space that suits your specific needs and preferences.

Your weekly rent of $285 plus GST gives you access to your room 24/7. Some of our practitioners have arranged joint tenancy agreements with a colleague whereas others prefer to have their own, dedicated space. To provide a stable and professional culture, rooms are not rented on a casual or daily basis.

Although we don't work from Webster House ourselves, we are readily accessible via phone, email or text. we are committed to providing spaces that support your work and facilitate your clients to feel relaxed and safe. We maintain the property to a high standard
