We require an experienced caterer or restaurateur to provide services for an exciting new project located on Lake Macquarie at Murrays Beach near Swansea (20 mins. From Newcastle).
This will be a two phase project.

Phase 1: Temporary Café / Starting
mid-August 07 for approx. 4 months.
A fully equipped professionally designed facility is provided. All food is to be prepared off site. No rent and a generous subsidy paid.

Phase 2: Café/Restaurant/Bar
A new Architect designed café/restaurant/bar and general store. Outstanding commercial kitchen & restaurant fit out. Indoor & outdoor dining on the foreshore of Lake Macquarie.
No fit out costs and no purchase cost.
Generous support for successful operator.

Both stages will be a seven day operation.
