The Cancer Council are undertaking a new $31M mixed use development at 202 Greenhill Road Eastwood. The opportunity exists for a café operator to lease the 50sqm café tenancy and provide F&B services to the onsite clientele and staff, plus the general public within the vicinity.
The development will house Cancer Council's head office and around 100 support staff in an administration capacity during the week. There will also be 120 rooms of supportive accommodation, supporting people who are from rural and regional areas affected by cancer and will utilise the short term stay accommodation facility.
Construction is well underway with a PC date in late August 2022. This is the only dedicated location in SA that combines research, prevention and support all in one location.
