Location

West Gosford is establishing itself as the dominant bulky goods precinct on the Central Coast (a region which is home to over 300,000 people). Bunnings and Super Amart are all currently developing major stores there. In total, over 50,000sqm of large format retail space is being developed or converted.

The main catchment area is estimated at over 180,000 people. It is forecast to strongly continue growing. The Riverside Homemaker Centre is in by far the most central and accessible location and is the only facility with access to both the Central Coast Highway and Manns Road (which is undergoing major widening and improvement) with estimated daily traffic of 58,000 (CCHWY) and 30,000 (Manns Road) cars.


Riverside Park

The Riverside Park Homemaker Centre is part of a larger 10 hectare business park that includes office towers, medical super clinic, Dan Murphy’s, restaurants and cafes, and a service station.

The centre is unique in having all directions access and egress to BOTH the Central Coast Highway and Manns Road. (Note – the Manns Road access is being changed to all direction traffic lights. All traffic accessing Domayne will have to use this route).

There is also extensive car parking (approx. 1000 spaces in the park and almost 600 of those dedicated to the Homemaker precinct). In addition to Masters, the homemaker centre will include 11,500m2 of bulky goods tenancies ranging from 300 – 2000m2 in size.

Originally planned for two stages, good demand has led the developers to build the entire centre in one stage (with completion programmed for early 2015).
