Buy this western Sydney microbrewery and pizza cafe with a home thrown in
A western Sydney roadside cafe popular with motorbike riders and car clubs known for pizza and craft beer brewed on site has been listed for sale complete with freestanding home.
The three-bedroom home and commercial outlet, the Stonehouse Brew cafe, located at 1370 Wisemans Ferry Rd, Maroota, sits on nearly one acre and is listed for sale through an expressions of interest campaign.
The property is home to the Canoelands Brewery, a microbrewery making six types of beer for sale on the premises.
The property sold for $1,170,000 in 2015 to northern beaches hairdresser John Brennan, who launched the Canoelands Brewery on premises with his son-in-law Ryan Dixon. The brewery uses a Brewicks Brewing system which comes as part of the sale.
The cafe features a sandstone and timber bar as well as beer taps, stainless steel walls in the preparation area, gas pizza ovens, hotplate, cook top, deep fryer, cool room, fridges and 110,000 litre concrete water tank.
The three-storey log home on the property features a lockable workshop area, a three-sided wraparound veranda, open plan kitchen and living area complete with fireplace.
The master bedroom is on the third floor and has its own balcony.
