The majority of the strata apartments at Queensland’s $80 million Peppers Airlie Beach resort, as well as the resort’s management rights, are on the market for just $15 million as part of a receiver sale.

Asian investor interest in Queensland’s leisure and tourism sector has been solidified with China Capital Investment Group’s $25 million acquisition of the perpetual lease of South Molle Island.

Queensland’s tropical islands are continuing their renaissance, with an island that once attracted interest from Kim Kardashian and Julia Roberts floated for sale.

They don’t come cheap, but for the right price you could secure one of three tropical islands currently on the market in Queensland.
