The office is on the third floor and occupies the entire floor. We are nestled between two laneways which provides indirect natural light from three sides of the building. We are an established architecture practice and looking to sublease our 230sqm space. The building is secure and has lift entry, with kitchen and bathroom facilities within the tenancy. There are three meeting rooms which are available to share. We currently have four people in the space, but often have interstate visitors stop by. There is enough space to accommodate another team of up to 10 people. Options for furniture can be discussed (BYO or we can arrange additional desks and chairs).
We are walking distance to Flinders Street Station (11 mins), Melbourne Central Station (6 mins), and Bourke Street Mall (4 mins) and close to the Hardware Lane bars and restaurants.
