The Tavern itself has multiple Dining areas catering for both small and large groups (up to 80 seated or 120 casuals).

A mixture of reverse cycle, open fires and gas log fires keeps everybody comfortable whilst they sample Local Wines or feast on the great reputation of fine food and Woodfired Pizzas offered.

An extremely well-planned, clean, Commercial Kitchen is complimented with Stainless Steel Benches, Double Fryer, Commercial Combo Oven, Commercial Grill Plate, and a new Dishwasher and also by a Woodfired Pizza Oven situated in the Function area. There are too many storage options to mention, but they are very adequate.

The RWT has become the GO TO Place for Celebrations such as Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Reunions and any other function is catered adequately for.

The Tavern also has a great reputation for being Family Friendly.



ACCOMMODATION:-

The Accommodation consists of a 2 bed owners’ Apartment with Lounge/Dining area, Bathroom and Small Kitchenette.

4 Rooms are available for Guests, all have ensuites and are well fitted out with Queen Size Beds, Television, Reverse cycle air conditioning/Heating, Fridges, and Tea/Coffee making facilities.

A Beautiful Historic Staircase and Very Spacious Balcony provides even more WOW factor for appreciative guests.

At present the bar and restaurant are opened Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. With other days/nights available for private bookings. The Rochester Lions Club meet every 2nd Wednesday of the month for Dinner.

At this stage, Breakfast is not offered to our Clients, however this is a definite opportunity as the tavern has a very good 3-group Barista Coffee Machine in the Bar Area.

Accommodation is available 7 days a week and is accessible through a Separate Entrance.
