ACCOMMODATION:-
The Accommodation consists of a 2 bed owners’ Apartment with Lounge/Dining area, Bathroom and Small Kitchenette.
4 Rooms are available for Guests, all have ensuites and are well fitted out with Queen Size Beds, Television, Reverse cycle air conditioning/Heating, Fridges, and Tea/Coffee making facilities.
A Beautiful Historic Staircase and Very Spacious Balcony provides even more WOW factor for appreciative guests.
At present the bar and restaurant are opened Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. With other days/nights available for private bookings. The Rochester Lions Club meet every 2nd Wednesday of the month for Dinner.
At this stage, Breakfast is not offered to our Clients, however this is a definite opportunity as the tavern has a very good 3-group Barista Coffee Machine in the Bar Area.
Accommodation is available 7 days a week and is accessible through a Separate Entrance.
