(a) Expiry of Bond or Guarantee
The Earliest Date of Expiry of the Bond or Bank Guarantee‟ noted on the Schedule of the Contract for Sale is amended by deleting “63 days” and inserting “83 days”.
(b) Date for Completion
The Date for Completion‟ noted on the Schedule of the Contract for is amended by deleting “42 days” and inserting “62 days”.
The Successful Bidder must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No.1 at the time of signing the Contract for Sale.
The revised specimen Contract for Sale (attached) replaces the specimen Contract for Sale that was included on the Auction CD.
