The Mondello Farms Group is a South Australian-based business established in 1994, specialising in the growing, washing, packing and marketing of potatoes and includes:

> state of the art packing shed with facilities to wash, grade and pack up to 465 tonnes of potatoes per day, storage and an administrative office;
> over 3,000 hectares of owned agricultural land and associated water licences accross seven properties;
> a portfolio of potato growing, marketing and distribution rights for potato varieties sold under the umbrella trademarks Snow White, Blue Moon, Royal Blue and Red Back; and
> other intellectual property, including customer and supplier lists and agreements.
