Sponars Chalet is situated in the Kosciuszko National Park, just 8 kilometers from Perisher Ski Resort. It is a historic, well known landmark, a traditional ski lodge offering a unique snow holiday.

The chalet sits on the site of the original Kosciuszko Hotel whose Grand Slam Ski run was the first commercial ski slope in the Snowy Mountains area, just 24 kilometers from Jindabyne.

Sponars can accommodate up to 100 guests in comfort with all rooms having en-suite facilities. Unlike most ski lodges in the snow, Sponars has a free car-park for guests right at the front door, and also provides a courtesy bus to Smiggin Holes and Perisher Ski Resort during shoulder and peak seasons.

Excellent facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, ski hire at the lodge, bar and restaurant with an open fire place and games room. Everything you need for your perfect ski holiday is provided at the chalet. A warm environment with wonderful hosts and friendly, helpful staff.
